Taking a Break

I've decided to take a break from blogging. As you know from my previous post, it's not been a great year and I'm still--yes still--in pain. Every day. Constantly. I need to simplify my life for a while and just chill. 

Wishing everyone a wonderful Christmas and a fantastic New Year. May 2025 be awesome and full of creativity!

I'm so sorry. I have had chronic pain and it's horrible. Hope this isn't too much - but I tried a bunch of anti-inflammatory supplements and foods, as well as changing how much I move/sit every hour and it's helped. Not sure any of those things would help you, but I recommend - green tea, ginger, tumeric, flaxseed oil, magnesium, potassium, moving a tiny bit every half hour/hour, or sitting down for five minutes every half hour/hour (I can't say sitting or standing for long periods of time), and then lots of prayer and deep breathing. If this is all TMI - just ignore.
