How to Revive your Motivation and More

While I may not be taking on the full A-Z Challenge, I have picked up a few letters via the Insecure Writers Support Group website. Today's letter is M and I've written a short piece  about how to revive your motivation when it flags. I'd love to see you over there.

Because I'm super busy at the moment with writing, game development and life in general, I won't be posting here until next month, so I'll let you know I also have the letters T and Z on the IWSG website, so be sure to check them out.

Update 23rd April: T is for Time as a Friend

Update 30th April: The Power of Zero

How has April been for you so far?

    1. Yep, that's the problem with taking on a lot more than I ever have before. I have to schedule my days very carefully to get it all done.

  8. It's good to take a break when you need to revitalize or take care of business. We all need that especially in today's busy world.

Like you, I'm not doing postings everyday--my work schedule just won't allow for it so I do what I can and when. I'm having fun with the letters I'm doing.

    1. Doing what we can is all we can do. There's no sense putting unneeded pressure on ourselves.

  9. I'm not sure where I am anymore. I just show up at the computer and hope I'm in the right place.

  10. I lack real writing motivation right now, myself, but I just keep reading and going to writing group in hopes it comes back.

  17. Even though writing is a lonely endeavor. No one is going to write for you. You don't have to be a hermit! I love my CPs, beta-readers, & Twitter and blogging friends.

    1. Well said! And being a hermit is a mistake in the long run. For so many reasons.

Don't think I will do the A-Z next year, but at least I can say I did it once:)

  22. You all are inspiring to this blogger who can only find time to post once a month on two separate blogs: Adventures in Writing and Camping with Kids. I always learn much reading your blog, Lynda, and following your links to Insecure or wherever you send me. Thanks!
